Screws BASED ON DRAWINGS

Production of Pressvit fasteners is based on a drawing and / or custom-made, they are made on the basis of a drawing provided by the customer, with which the essential parameters are defined, such as the shape of the head, the thread, the coatings and any thermic treatments

These special customized screws can be of the standard type, such as UNI, EN, ISO, DIN etc but, while taking into account the customer’s needs, they must nevertheless comply with the dimensional parameters provided for by the regulations in force. The length, height, size of the head and the type of thread, as well as the special shape, any holes, milling, chamfers and machining tolerances must fall within specific ranges.

Our range includes a workable wire diameter from 1.5 mm to 18 mm depending on the material used and a maximum underhead length of 155 mm. The customer can also request heat and galvanic treatment as needed. Important information such as logos or technical characteristics can be identified by marking.

Why buy bespoke screws from Pressvit?

Pressvit focuses entirely on an ``indoor`` production cycle: every aspect concerning production is studied, planned, built and controlled internally.
This translates into a final result of high quality, handcrafted, which, added to the great experience acquired, makes it possible to satisfy the most diverse needs.
Quality is also guaranteed by full compliance with current legislation both for what concerns production and in relation to production: to this end, the entire company system is subject to compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 standard.

The materials

Screws can be made and produced in various types of materials:

The choice of the type of material to be used for the realization of the product, is determined by the performance characteristics that must be obtained on the article and / or by specific needs indicated by the customer. In general, for our production we use stainless steels, carbon steels and non-ferrous materials which are:
