These special customized screws can be of the standard type, such as UNI, EN, ISO, DIN etc but, while taking into account the customer’s needs, they must nevertheless comply with the dimensional parameters provided for by the regulations in force. The length, height, size of the head and the type of thread, as well as the special shape, any holes, milling, chamfers and machining tolerances must fall within specific ranges.
Our range includes a workable wire diameter from 1.5 mm to 18 mm depending on the material used and a maximum underhead length of 155 mm. The customer can also request heat and galvanic treatment as needed. Important information such as logos or technical characteristics can be identified by marking.
The choice of the type of material to be used for the realization of the product, is determined by the performance characteristics that must be obtained on the article and / or by specific needs indicated by the customer.
